Thank you for your order. We have booked a courier to make the collection in the next 3-5 business days. You should receive an email within 48 hours with the shipping labels we require you to print and attach to the pallet(s). Please check your spam / junk email folders.


Please ensure:

  • The pallet(s) are sealed / wrapped securely with the label attached
  • The pallet(es) are located at the main loading area ready for collection
  • The courier has easy access to the location of the pallet(s)

You may receive notifications from the courier directly.
If the courier is unable to make the collection, they will reattempt in the next couple of days.

Due to the peak parcel season and holiday closures, we will not be processing any collection or box order requests received after 12pm on Friday 12th December 2025.

You can continue to place your requests on this portal after this date, but they will be processed with the couriers from 5th January 2026.

Please note that the WBM Customer Service department will be closed from 19th December to 2nd January.
